The region of Thessaly and the Regional Development Fund of Thessaly, as part of the Center of European Information actions - «Europe Direct» Thessaly in collaboration with the Cultural Center of Educational Law. Larissa, the French Institute of Larissa and the non-profit company for culture «Artfools», on the occasion of the International Children's Book Day, organize 2-day children's book : "European literature with Larissa Writers', which will be held at the French Institute (phone reservation : 2410287508, groups of students 10:30 am. – 11:30 & 11:30 – 12:30 p.m.).


Women writers from Larissa are a modern and interactive way for students of A'thmias Education, their children's books and then, there is a discussion and exchange of views with authors and their young pupils. Students have the opportunity to visit the library of the French Institute of Larissa, in contact with the world of European children's books, but know and Larissa women writers, chat with them, familiar with literary creation and simultaneously broaden their horizons and to contemporary issues.


This year, the manufacture, 20 April 2018, Chrysanthi Tsiampali the tale of "The magissoula who ate letters" shows children, a fun way, the value of syllables and phonemes and how they affect the meaning of words, while after, will be verbal games with kids, to discover the half-eaten words hidden in spells and will paint a portrait of the heroine Frintanita. On Saturday, 21 April 2018, Evi Gitsa know in young students book : "Like a fairy grandmother", with live music and then build together, with paper, pens and adhesives, the crown cover of the book and draw pictures of book themes.
