Thessaly pole of attraction for new businesses and the entrepreneurship of young people in Thessaly

University of Thessaly.
Mr. Georgios Dalos Deputy addressed the meeting
President of the Department of Forestry, of Wood Science and Design
University of Thessaly and Ms. Hara Vrazalis on behalf of the Directorate
of Secondary Education of the Prefecture of Karditsa,
Mr. Vassilis Hatjikamayiannis Director of the Regional Fund
Development of the Thessaly Region and Head of Europe Direct Thessaly
presented Europe Direct Thessaly and referred to its actions. also
presented the EU strategy "An economy at the service of people"
During the conference it was presented by Mr. Miltiadis Nikolakakos,
director of the Laboratory Center of Karditsa, "The institution of apprenticeship of
of EPAL students and its connection with the labor market of Thessaly". Ms. Anthoula
Theodorou, professor of economics at the 2nd EPAL of Karditsa, made a presentation with
theme "Thessaly pole of attraction for new businesses and the entrepreneurship of
of young people in Thessaly, the vocational education side". Also Mr
Achilleas Kostoulas, Responsible for its European Programs
Development Center of Thessaly, performed
presentation on "Training opportunities in the subject of entrepreneurship,
through the European Program Erasmus+" , while finally Mr. Konstantinos Ninikas
presented "The Department of Forestry, of Wood Science and Design
University of Thessaly and the business potential of its graduates".
At the end of the day, an open discussion was held on the topic of the cooperation of all levels of education with the institutions of the European Union.
