Renewable Energy and Sustainable Development
The Region of Thessaly, Thessaly Regional Development Fund and the Center Europe Direct Information in cooperation with the Network 'Perraivos "and Thessaly Voluntary Organisations Network and the official state bodies, such as A / B grade and / Vathia Education organized educational workshop , with FREE ENTRY to all, on:
"Renewable Energy and Sustainable Development".
The Organizers are recognizing the need to raise awareness of society for the rational management of energy resources, They are seeking the workshop to inform citizens on current energy exploitation issues of renewable natural resources, the approach of modern directions of energy education, and the possibility of social entrepreneurship development on the RES.
The content of the Scientific Workshop deals with matters, such as renewable energy and sustainable development, Energy Cooperatives in Europe, Social Entrepreneurship-New Jobs in RES, Modern energy-saving technologies in crops -ADAPT2CHANGE,the case of semi-closed greenhouse ,CRES educational packages on energy, RES applications in schools, KP educational programs. Energy, Energy waste management in the Municipality of Larissa etc..
