On Sunday 15 February Centre Europe Direct Information Thessaly and the Regional Development Fund Region of Thessaly in collaboration with the team Teachers4Europe program 2014-2015 (T4E) and the European Parliament Office in Greece and the Ministry of Education, participated in a meeting in the area of 16th Elementary School in Larissa.
For the fourth consecutive year, the European Commission Representation in Greece organized by Teachers4Europe program.
Through the program, teachers acquire the knowledge and skills needed to teach students topics on identity, history, institutions and the European Union institutions. In this way, the program aims to contribute to shaping tomorrow's active citizens of Europe.
The meeting was attended by teachers from the prefectures of Larissa and Trikala. The program of the meeting beyond the theoretical training of participants and their familiarization with the technological tools that are developed, also contained the following recommendations:
- “The Centre of European Information Thessaly Europe Direct”, by the member of the project team, Ms.. Giouroukos Life.
- “Educational intervention Let fry to become a parent” by Mrs.. Xenia Nasik, IP 06 English, T4E 2013-14.
- “The Scratch programming language design activities for Primary School”, the IT professor. Rizos Chaliampalia.
- “Educational intervention EuroSnake by Mr.. Stamoulis Vlando, PE70, T4E 2011-2014 & A4E 2014-2015.
- “Educational intervention Students4Europe” by Mr.. Theofanis Katsanos, PE06 English, T4E 2013-14 & A4E 2014-15.
The work of teachers will be presented at a workshop organized by the program ends.
