To Teachers4Europe Thessaly Network, in collaboration with the Region of Thessaly, Center Europe Direct Information Thessaly, Region Thessaly Regional Development Fund, the Department of Preschool Education & Special Education, University of Thessaly, with the support of the European Commission Representation in Greece and the Jean Monnet Chair for European Policies in Education, training, Research and Innovation, organized by the Municipal Art Gallery of Larissa, the manufacture 12 May 2017 and time 10:30 a.m., on the occasion of the celebration of Europe Day, festive workshop open to the public entitled “Students4Europe:Today's Europe, Europe's future” .


With on-stage meeting students from kindergarten to high school, who moved the audience something of the coolness and freshness of the classroom, actions which culminated implemented in all schools, primary and secondary tier, Teachers4Europe of Thessaly network during the current school year.


Guest speakers of the event was Mrs.. Light Asderaki, Assistant Professor in the Department of International and European Studies, University of Piraeus, holder seat Jean Monnet on European Union's Education, Training, Research and Innovation Policies, which talked about the current challenges facing the EU. and the crucial importance of education in fostering active citizenship and Mr.. Mars Peroulakis, Deputy Head of the Delegation of the European Commission in Greece and inspirer network T4E, who spoke about the EU's future. and the role of T4E program, recording features: "Thessaly is a major development pole Teachers4Europe program for the sixth time brings together students with Europe. The success has made the T4E encourages us to promote in other EU countries. It applies the same necessity in all Member States and especially today opens the debate on the EU's future. the White Paper of President Jean- Claude Juncker ".


The event was hailed: the Deputy Head of Thessaly, K. Christos Kalompatsios, the President of the Municipal Gallery, K. Helen Anastasopoulou, the Director of Primary Education Larissa, K. Sotiris Voulgaris, and the President of E.E.P.E.K., K. Dimitris Kolokotronis.


In the area outside the auditorium there was report of crafts and digital creations painted pupils under the program T4E, while during the event carried out in the courtyard and parallel experiential activities on Europe for children, animator with students of PTPE parts and PTEA University of Thessaly, under the guidance of Assistant Professor, Mrs. Maria Tsouvala.
