«Erasmus+ Project EMC 17-19»

On Tuesday 12 December 2017, as part of the preparation of the European Commission's Representation in Greece program «Teachers4Europe», 9th Gymnasium Volos, hosted the Erasmus + Project partners EMC 17-19 and old and new T4E of Secondary Education Magnesia.
The visit was held an action of the Network T4E Thessaly and the first International Meeting of EMC 17-19, organized by the 2nd Gymnasium of Almyros, group – partner Erasmus + Project representing Greece and composed by excellent colleagues which coordinate the T4E Charoula Mihalakopoulou, PE02 and Mary Boukorou, PE02. The other partners are secondary schools of the country: France, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Turkey.

The meeting was the occasion to meet you, interaction and cooperation students from different countries and cultures on approach refugee, respect for human rights and the acceptance of diversity.
It was our great honor participation of T4E Magdalene Vitsou, preschool teacher, Doctor of Theater Studies Department of the University of Peloponnese, Education Coordinator Refugee Magnesia (building Meuse) for the School Year 2016-2017 and Helen Barmpoudaki, PE70, PE71, Teacher in DYEP 9th Primary School of Nea Ionia which, through their original presentation, They shot down the walls that create the languages ​​and showed us the world of a refugee school students.
We thank the Europe Direct Thessaly who once supported us through its representative Mr.. Socrates Golden, who and distributed educational materials to all attendees.

The event was welcomed by the director of our school, kg Win Hadjikyriakou, and which stressed the need and importance of cooperation between countries in transnational projects on issues that concern both the educational community and human society.
The whole event took place in English.
The event was organized and coordinated by Ambassadors of T4E program for secondary schools Thessaly ladies Vaso Voulgaris, PE 20 and Zisoula Gkoutsioukosta, PE02.
